​I am an entrepreneur, a people & culture consultant, and a climate education advocate. An alumna of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics and Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

While building my organization, The Talented Indian, I came to realize that creating a healthy culture and diverse and inclusive teams are the greatest investments any organization can make. The right set of people in the right environment can create wonders. We just need to facilitate them throughout the journey.
